Call Center Selection: MDI will help your company
identify business goals and processes that you want handled at your triage
call center. The MDI Account Director will also provide you with turnkey
management of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by drafting the RFP
questionnaire, soliciting all potential vendor information and pricing,
evaluating responses using MDI's scoring process, reviewing responses and
selecting two centers for final evaluations and negotiation, and
initiating the contract between you and your potential call center.
