Database Integration: MDI will work with the selected
call center to set up call handling and data transfer processes as they
relate to the Marketing Intelligence Services. The MDI technical project
manager will focus on providing data interchange formats and standards,
mapping script-to-data elements in interchange, reviewing scripts for data
integration, setting up lead flow processes, and establishing business
response card routing and reporting requirements, in order to ensure
customer records and call transactions are properly recorded for reporting
accuracy.
